These collections are made for those who are seeking a professional, planner / coordinator to help ease the burden of planning an extravagant event. From venue and vendor recommendations, to walking you through the booking process, managing your budget, creating a vision board, being the vendor point of contact, and creating your dream. Our goal is to bring your visions into the beautiful and unforgettable occasion your envisioned for you and your guests to enjoy. We can assure you that with Danielle Nichole Events, we will dedicate our time and coordination to reach all of your expectations starting from our very first consultation leading up to your wedding to 2 weeks after your wedding is over.

Month of Coordination (aka Day of Coordination)

Month of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your event/wedding, but are in need a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the big day, your event/wedding day, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect day.

our Month of Coordination Collection includes:

Before your Big Day :
- Creation of an Online Planner Account with in Aisle Planner.
- UNLIMITED consultations from the time of booking up till 2 weeks after your event/wedding day.
- Attendance at 2 Venue Tours to view venue.
- Constructing a detailed timeline of the FULL DAY.
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors 30 days prior to the event/wedding day.
- Facilitating a rehearsal if needed 1-2 days before.

During your Big Day :
- Up to TEN hours on-site with 1 COORDINATOR and 1 ASSISTANT allowing you to enjoy every moment of your big day without any worry of the details.
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup and clean up of the décor and accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting the VIP members of the event / wedding day with things such as florals , adjusting ties , for weddings directing the processional and more.
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
- Providing a stocked emergency kit.
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups.

* Setup and Tear Down Services of Tables , Chairs and Furniture , are not included in our Month of Coordination Services. If your venue requires for the Planner/Coordinator to Setup and Tear Down Tables , Chairs and Furniture there is an additional of $1000.

 

 

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Collection is an ideal option for those who may have already completed portions of their planning and require more assistance than our Month of Coordination Collection and less assistance than a Full Service Collection. It is what we call our Happy Medium Collection where you get a little of both Month of and Full Service. This offering is designed to allow those that are looking for more of a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

our Partial Planning Collection includes:

Before your Big Day:
- Creation of an Online Planner Account with in Aisle Planner.
- Creation of a Planning Checklist in Aisle Planner Account.
- UNLIMITED consultations from the time of booking up till 2 weeks after your event/wedding day.
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings and Contract review for vendors we have recommended.
- Constructing a detailed timeline of the FULL DAY plus REHEARSAL DAY (if wanting a full weekend timeline and us presents for other days there is additional fees).
- Attendance at 6 final vendor meetings of your choice and up to 4 venue tours during the planning process
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors 3-6 months prior to the wedding day.
- Facilitating the rehearsal 1-2 days before.

During your Big Day :
- Unlimited time on-site with 2 Coordinators with 1 assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details.
- Coordinating and assisting with with the setup and tear down of tables , chairs and furniture.

- Coordinating and assisting with the setup and clean up of the décor and accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting the VIP members of the event / wedding day with things such as florals , adjusting ties , for weddings directing the processional and more.
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
- Providing a stocked emergency kit.
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups.

Full Planning

Full Planning collections are for those who want a full-time planning professional overseeing every aspect of their event/wedding day or weekend. This offering is designed to allow the clients a little bit of a hands-on role with planning when it comes to the details and such. This collection allows for you to more leave all the planning to us with communication in between about options you have and more.

our Full Planning Collection includes:

Before your Wedding Day :
- Creation of an Online Planner Account with in Aisle Planner.
- Creation of a Planning Checklist in Aisle Planner Account.
- Creation of a Event/Wedding Website with all needed details.
- UNLIMITED consultations from the time of booking up till 2 weeks after your event/wedding day.
- Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget.
- Ceremony + reception venue location scouting and booking .
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings and Contract review.
- Creation and execution of a design scheme, venue layout , finding the rentals and decor and more.
- Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials.
- Tracking of guest RSVP’s.
- Wedding favors & accessories coordination of ordering and putting them together.
- Coordinating accommodations, transportation, child care and pet care.
- For Weddings , Help with getting your Marriage License with directing you where to go and what to do.

- Attendance at all vendor meetings & venue tours
- Vendor management during the whole planning time & Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors 6-9 months prior to the wedding.
- Facilitating a rehearsal 1-2 days before.

During your Wedding Day :

- Unlimited time on-site with 2-3 Coordinators (this depends on the guest count and venue) and up to two assistants, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
- Coordinating and being present for load in and load-out of all items brought into your Venue(s) from rental vendors.

- Coordinating and assisting with with the setup and tear down of tables , chairs and furniture.
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup and clean up of the décor and accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting the VIP members of the event / wedding day with things such as florals , adjusting ties , for weddings directing the processional and more.
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.

In the lead-up to the event, they were communicative and contacted our vendors to introduce themselves. They were also helpful with vendor recommendations and answering various questions. On our wedding day, they showed up on-time and got right to work with everything from coordinating vendors, helping us get ready, and setting up the welcome table and such. Danielle helped with multiple problems, such as our very late DJ and the extreme wind that impacted our linens.
